Zhongzhi Shi

Academician, International Academy for Information Studies

An expert in artificial intelligence and intelligent science. He is a researcher and doctoral supervisor at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is an academician of the International Academy for Information Studies (IAIS), a fellow of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), and a fellow of the China Computer Federation (CCF). He has long been engaged in research in intelligent science, artificial intelligence, and other fields. He has been responsible for completing multiple national 973, 863, and National Natural Science Foundation key projects. He has received six national and ministerial science and technology awards. In 2013, he was awarded the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Achievement Award by the CAAI. He has published more than 20 books and over 500 academic papers. He has served as the Secretary-General of the CCF, Vice President of the CAAI, and Chairman of the IFIP working group on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Mining.
